Two component stuff is great super durable. I bought a enclosed trailer that had bedliner material sprayed throughout on the floor and ramp door. I would check with your local paint store about a two part epoxy that will work over wood. I know there are a million ways to cover the floor with plastic plates etc but i just want to paint it with a finish that will protect it from fluid leaks.

I used an amtico commercial rubber floor tile that is oil and gas resistant. I mixed some non skid sand for the ramp and rolled it on. First coat will soak in and seal it up wait 24 hours and apply a second coat. Just a suggestion but make the floor a light color so you get lots of reflected light while working in the trailer.

Most reputable trailer manufacturers use a trailer specific osb 3 4 board. It is a pain to keep clean with the light colors. I expect it to last longer than the trailer. Makes it twice as bright working under the airplane or helicopter.

There is a one part epoxy floor paint at home depot or lowes. This is the reason we always used white epoxy paint on hanger floors. I chose an enamel floor paint for the floor and added a pr. Another thought would a rhino liner spray with traction grit added to the top coat.

I show you how i paint my cargo trailer. 27 a gallon and it went 2 coats and the ramp on a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer. Just a suggestion tho. So it had built in qualities to make it last.

Don t mix the non skid until you are finished with the two coats on the floor. Mine hung in pretty good and touch ups are easy.
